Where to Buy Korean and Japanese Fashion in Europe

Finding Korean and Japanese independent fashion in Europe has always been difficult. Most Seoul and Tokyo labels do not distribute outside Asia. What reaches Europe tends to arrive through large platforms that carry mass-market stock rather than the independent studios doing the most interesting work.

einHaru Collective was built to close that gap. We are a Berlin-based online boutique curating Korean and Japanese minimalist fashion from independent studios in Seoul and Tokyo, shipping EU-wide with free delivery on orders over €100.

01

The Problem With Buying Korean Fashion From Europe

Ordering directly from Korean or Japanese labels sounds simple but rarely is. Most independent studios do not offer EU shipping. Those that do often charge high international shipping fees, offer no EU returns, and ship without tracking. Sizing notes are frequently in Korean only. Customs duties and import taxes apply on top.

For a single piece this is manageable. For building a wardrobe it is not. And the pieces that make Korean independent fashion distinctive — the precise drape, the considered proportions, the fabric choices — are exactly the ones that need to be felt and returned if they do not fit.

einHaru handles all of this from Berlin. We import directly, ship within the EU under standard EU consumer law, offer 14-day returns, and include detailed measurement notes in English on every product page.

02

What Makes Korean and Japanese Fashion Different

Korean independent fashion occupies a specific position in contemporary style. It draws from European tailoring traditions, East Asian proportion sensibility, and practical urban living. The result is clothing built for everyday use: structured without being formal, minimal without being empty.

Japanese fashion adds a different dimension — fabric precision, considered construction detail, and a quieter relationship with silhouette. Both traditions share a resistance to trend cycles and a preference for long-wear over novelty.

These are the qualities that make both traditions difficult to find in European retail, and the qualities einHaru is specifically built around.

What We Carry and Who It Is For

Our edit covers tops, outerwear, dresses, trousers, skirts, and accessories from independent Korean and Japanese studios. Every piece is selected for repeat wear — pieces that integrate into an existing wardrobe rather than replacing it seasonally.

The edit is most relevant if you already dress with intention: if you buy fewer pieces and wear them more often, prefer clean silhouettes over print-driven looks, and want clothing that holds its shape and relevance across seasons.

We release in limited drops. Most pieces are not restocked. This reflects how our partner studios actually produce — not artificial scarcity.

Shipping Korean Fashion Across the EU

We ship to all EU member states from Berlin. Standard tracked delivery takes 3–7 working days. Shipping is free on orders over €100. Orders below that threshold show a flat shipping fee at checkout before payment.

All orders ship under EU consumer protection rules. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. There are no import duties or surprise customs charges — you are buying from within the EU.

Sizing: Korean and Japanese Cuts in European Wardrobes

This is the most common concern for European buyers and it is a fair one. Korean and Japanese garments are frequently cut differently from EU standard sizing. Many independent labels use one-size or small-run sizing with exact garment measurements rather than S/M/L labels.

We include a detailed measurement table and fit notes on every product page. Our recommendation is always to compare the listed garment measurements against a piece you already own that fits well — not to rely on size labels. If you are between measurements, we note the recommended direction on the product page.
