Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns. We do not offer free returns.
For items confirmed as damaged or incorrect on arrival, we review each case and provide appropriate support.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exceptions & Special Cases
- Final sale items are not returnable
- Returns requested after the 14-day window cannot be accepted
- Items returned worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund
- Items returned without original tags or original packaging are not eligible for a refund
